Procurement Manager Jobs in Juba

The Procurement Manager shall report to CENTROID Projects Manager and the Field Project Manager. His key function is to monitor the overall procurement activities of the EPCC CENTROIDs and shall be assigned to manage the overall procurement activities.
Overall Function:
1.       Established  procurement scope of work during  preparation  of ITB for EPCC Contract.
2.       During bidding stage, evaluate the acceptability of EPCC Contrators’ procurement propose policies, procedures and plan so as to sure meeting contractual requirement.
3.       Interface with CLIENT on procurement issues.
4.       Monitor and supervise the performance of Procurement Coordinator in monitoringthe procurement activities of EPCC CENTROID.
5.       Verified  EPCC Centroid’s invoices against procurement progress and actual delivery of materials and equipment at site.
